No Update For Today
04 October
Due to the overwhelming volume of packages following the strike last week, the royal mail team only managed to deliver the last week’s packages on Monday after missing many post offices’ deadlines. Because the royal mail team failed to pick up the packages from the post office, the majority of tracking IDs indicate that the sender is preparing the item. We want to reassure you that your package was delivered on time to the post office on Monday, therefore it will arrive at your residence on Wednesday.
We appreciate your patience.
19 September
No orders will be processed today due to the Bank Holiday for Queen Elizabeth’s State Funeral. Any orders placed during the week or on Monday, September 19, will be processed the following day, Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

27 August Update
No orders will be processed on Monday 29th August due to Bank Holiday.
All orders will be processed the following day that is Tuesday for the next day’s delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
26 August Update
There may be a delay in delivery due to the royalmail strike on August 26 and the later Monday holiday.
Because of the holiday and the strike on Friday, we will process all packages in time for next-day delivery, but the deliveries still depend on Royal Mail.

09 August Update
In recent weeks, we have experienced a number of problems with Royalmail shipments. In response to customer complaints about delivery delays, we have decided to move our cut-off time earlier so that all packages can be dropped off at the post office as soon as possible. From now on, the deadline for all packages must be dropped off at the post office no later than 1.30 p.m. on the 9th of August, 2022.
The new deadline is 11 am.
If your payment is received before 11 am, we will process it the same day for the delivery of the next business day.
Payments received after 11 am will result in next-day shipping.
18-19 July update
We have just received confirmation from the Royalmail support team that no parcels were moved on from our area post office due to weather conditions, so they are hoping to move today for tomorrow’s delivery but it all depends on weather conditions. We sincerely apologize for this, but it is also unusual for us because this is completely out of our control.
That’s why we are not processing any new orders today, all Wednesday orders will be processed on Thursday
